• 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 onion , thinly sliced
  • 2 slices rye bread
  • 1 1/2 slices American cheese
  • 1 1/2 slices swiss cheese
  • 1 Melt margarine in frying pan and grill onions until golden.
  • 2 Put margarine on one side of the rye bread.
  • 3 Put one slice of the rye bread margarine side down in frying pan.
  • 4 Top with the cheese and the onion.
  • 5 Top with remaining rye bread margarine side up.
  • 6 Grill until both sides and browned and cheese is melted.
