• 2 bunches broccolini, trimmed
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 20g butter, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons walnuts, chopped
  • Step 1 Preheat a barbecue chargrill on medium-high heat. Place broccolini and oil in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Toss to combine.
  • Step 2 Barbecue for 5 to 6 minutes, turning occasionally, until lightly charred and just tender. Transfer to a bowl. Add butter, lemon juice and parsley. Toss to combine. Transfer to a plate. Sprinkle with walnuts. Serve.
