• 2 lbs ground pork
  • 3 garlic cloves , mashed
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil , shredded
  • freshly cracked black pepper
  • kosher salt
  • 1 drizzle olive oil , for frying
  • 1 Combine all ingredients except oil and shape into four patties.
  • 2 Heat oil in a large skillet. Brown patties over medium heat until you get a nice crust on each side, then lower heat and continue cooking until patties are cooked through, 10 to 15 minutes.
