• 1/4 cup plain instant oats, uncooked
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 Combine oats and water in a microwave safe bowl. Heat on high for one minute.
  • 2 Stir in applesauce.
  • 3 Add cinnamon to taste if desired.
