• 32 bought canape pastry cases
  • 150g fresh crab meat
  • 2 tbs finely chopped chives
  • 50g goat's cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tbs thin cream
  • Finely chopped chives, extra, to serve
  • Preheat oven to 180°C. Place pastry cases on an oven tray. Combine crab meat and chives in a bowl. Spoon crab mixture evenly among pastry cases. Sprinkle goat's cheese over the crab mixture. Pour cream evenly among each case.
  • Bake for 5 minutes or until heated through and golden brown. Remove from oven. Place on a serving platter and sprinkle with extra chives to serve.
