• 250g cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon vodka (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh dill
  • 2 x 60g packets mini vol au vents
  • 100g smoked salmon, cut into 24 strips
  • Dill sprigs, to serve
  • Combine cream cheese, lemon juice, vodka (if using) and chopped dill in a bowl. Season with pepper.
  • Fill pastry cases with cream cheese mixture. Top with salmon and dill sprigs. Serve.
