• 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup onion , diced
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (reduced or fat free fine)
  • 1 Brown hamburger with onion, until well cooked. DRAIN WELL.
  • 2 Add in dry mustard, ketchup and sour cream and mix well. It should be a light orange color and taste equally between sour cream and ketchup – slightly tangy. If desired, you may add in more ketchup, sour cream or both.
  • 3 Serve hot on rolls or over rice.
