• 1 x 250g ctn mascarpone
  • 2 tbs thickened cream
  • 80g Danish-style blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tbs chopped fresh chives
  • 10 fresh dates, halved, pitted
  • 45g (1/4 cup) dry-roasted hazelnuts, coarsely chopped
  • Combine the mascarpone and cream in a bowl. Season with pepper. Fold in the blue cheese and half the chives.
  • Spoon among dates. Top with hazelnut and remaining chives.
