• 1/2 cup butter , softened
  • 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon poppy seed
  • 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
  • 10 plain croissants , split
  • 10 slices deli ham
  • 10 slices swiss cheese
  • 1 In a bowl, combine the butter, mustard,onions, poppy seeds and curry powder. Spread over cut sides of croissants.
  • 2 Place a slice of ham and cheese on each croissant: replace tops. Wrap individually in foil.
  • 3 Bake at 325°F for 15-20 minutes or until heated through.
  • 4 Serve immediately.
