• 600g cooked prawns, peeled, finely chopped
  • 125g (1/2 cup) whole-egg mayonnaise
  • 125g (1/2 cup) sour cream
  • 2 1/2 tbs finely chopped semi-dried tomatoes
  • 2 tbs chopped fresh chives
  • 2 1/2 tsp tomato sauce
  • A pinch of cayenne pepper in a bowl
