• 2 (150 g) cans , boneless skinless salmon (I hate the bones!)
  • 1 cup cooked brown rice
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 onion , chopped
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro or 1 tablespoon herbs , of choice
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Form into patties. Oil up George Forman and grill those patties until done. About 15 minutes on about 300°F I left the lid up until the last 5 minutes to keep them from drying out so much, then I oiled the tops of the patties and closed the lid.
