• 2 slices bread (I like sourdough!)
  • 2 slices roasted deli chicken (about 30 g)
  • 2 teaspoons pesto sauce
  • 1 slice provolone cheese
  • 2 teaspoons margarine
  • 1 Arrange chicken, pesto, and cheese between the two slices of bread.
  • 2 Spread outsides of sandwich with margarine.
  • 3 Cook sandwich in a non-stick skillet on medium-high heat for about 3 minutes per side, or until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown.
