• 1 packet spring roll wrappers (215mm x 215mm)
  • 80g shaved leg ham, chopped
  • 125g can creamed corn
  • 1 small carrot, finely diced
  • 1 stick celery, finely diced
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • olive oil spray
  • sweet chutney, to serve
  • Preheat oven to 200°C. Thaw 6 wrappers (this takes about 10 minutes). Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  • Combine ham, creamed corn, carrot, celery and green onion.
  • Place a heaped spoon of filling in 1 corner of each wrapper. Brush edges lightly with water. Fold corner over filling, then roll up firmly and press to seal. Place on tray. Spray lightly with olive oil.
  • Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until light golden. Serve with sweet chutney.
