  • 55g (1/3 cup) roasted unsalted cashews, chopped
  • 12 butter lettuce leaves
  • Combine the ham, pineapple, capsicum, snow pea sprouts, cucumber and cashews in a large bowl.
  • Divide the salad mixture among the lettuce leaves and wrap up to enclose the filling.
