• 16 slices bacon
  • 8 slices toasted white bread
  • 1 (20 ounce) can sliced pineapple , drained
  • 8 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 Place bacon in a large, deep skillet.
  • 2 Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown.
  • 3 Drain and set aside.
  • 4 Place 8 slices of toast on a baking sheet.
  • 5 Place a slice of pineapple, two slices of bacon and a slice of cheese on each. Broil until cheese is melted.
  • 6 Serve hot.
