• 2 slices turkey
  • gherkin
  • tomato
  • iceberg lettuce
  • 2 slices bread , I used wheat-free because of allergies, but any bread will do just fine
  • 1 Trim any fat of turkey.
  • 2 Place on bread.
  • 3 Top with lettuce.
  • 4 Then sliced gherkins.
  • 5 Then sliced tomato.
  • 6 Then with another piece of bread.
  • 7 Voila.
  • 8 To really give this sandwich something great, add a dollop of mayonnaise and a slice of cheese.
