• 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 cup green pepper , chopped
  • 1 cup celery , chopped
  • 1 cup onion , chopped
  • 2 cups barbecue sauce
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 Combine beef, green pepper, celery and onion in skillet and cook until meat is browned. Drain off excess fat.
  • 2 Add remaining ingredients and simmer 35 minute Serve hot on buns.
