• 1 hamburger bun
  • 1 portabella mushrooms (sauteed) or 1 mushroom-based veggie burger
  • 1 slice swiss cheese
  • 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
  • 1 tablespoon guacamole
  • 2 slices fresh tomatoes
  • iceberg lettuce
  • 1 Slather the top of the bun with guacamole, the bottom with BBQ.
  • 2 Add the mushroom/patty to the bun and top with Swiss, tomato, and lettuce. Enjoy!
