• 1 lb ground chuck
  • 1 large onion , chopped
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 1/2 cups tomato sauce
  • 1 Brown together ground beef and onion.
  • 2 Add cornstarch, sugar to meat.
  • 3 Mix ketchup, Worcestershire, salt, pepper and vinegar and add to pan.
  • 4 Add tomato sauce,.
  • 5 Boil & cook 20 minutes.
  • 6 Serve on buns.
