• 1 teaspoon fresh tarragon , chopped
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 tablespoons gouda cheese , grated
  • 2 tablespoons monterey jack cheese , grated
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon chopped onion
  • 4 slices bread
  • 2 ounces smoked turkey breast , in thin slices
  • 4 whole green chilies , from can
  • 1 Mix the tarragon with mayonnaise, then spread on 2 slices of bread.
  • 2 Mash the avocado, then add the cheeses, Worcestershire sauce, salt and onions. Mix together and spread on remaining 2 slices of bread.
  • 3 Add the turkey slices.
  • 4 Tear green chiles into strips and add to sandwich.
  • 5 Put sandwich together, slice and serve.
