• 3 green onions , finely chopped
  • 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach , thawed and drained
  • 3 ounces bacon , cooked and crumbled
  • 1 (1 ounce) packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 loaf very thin white pepperidge farm bread
  • 1 Combine green onions through sour cream.
  • 2 Spread thinly on bread to make sandwiches.
  • 3 Cut off crusts and cut into squares or use a cookie cutter.
  • 4 Optional – sprinkle with paprika.
