• 500 g steak
  • 2 tablespoons anchovies , sauce
  • 125 g butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1 Remove any fat from the steak.
  • 2 Place meat into a double-boiler and cook for 4 hours.
  • 3 Place meat (and juices) into blender with butter and blend to a paste. Add other ingredients and blend to mix.
  • 4 Place into sterilized jars. Store in refrigerator.
