• 2 slices country bread
  • 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
  • 3 1/2 ounces thinly sliced smoked turkey
  • 1/2 ripe jersey tomato , sliced thin
  • 3 large fresh basil leaves
  • dill pickle slices
  • 1 Spread one slice of the bread with a teaspoon of mayonnaise.
  • 2 Layer on the turkey, tomato slices and basil.
  • 3 Top with the remaining bread slice and cut in half.
  • 4 Garnish with pickles.
