• 2 slices white bread
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 2 slices onions (sliced really thin)
  • 2 slices tomatoes (ripe, thick sliced)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 Spread both sides of the white bread with mayonnaise.
  • 2 On one slice of bread, place the onion and tomato slices in layers, starting with the onion.
  • 3 Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  • 4 Top with the remaining slice of bread. Cut sandwich in half if desired and enjoy!
