• 4 slices colby or 4 slices monterey jack cheese or 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cranberry-orange sauce or 1/2 cup relish
  • 12 ounces thinly sliced cooked turkey
  • 8 slices firm-texturedwheat or 8 slices rye bread
  • 2 tablespoons margarine or 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 Layer cheese, sauce and turkey on 4 slices of bread. Top with remaining bread. Spread top slices of bread with half of the butter.
  • 2 Place sandwiches, butter sides down, in 10-inch skillet. Spread top slices of bread with remaining butter. Cook uncovered over medium heat about 5 minutes or until golden brown. Turn and cook other sides about 2 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
