• 1/2 cup hummus
  • 4 bagels , cut in half
  • 4 slices deli cooked turkey
  • 1/2 cucumber , peeled and sliced
  • 2 plum tomatoes , sliced
  • 8 leaves spinach
  • 1 Spread hummus over both cut sides of the bagel slices.
  • 2 Layer remaining ingredients to form a sandwich on top of four of the bagel halves. Cover with remaining bagel halves to form sandwiches.
