• 2 slices wholemeal bread
  • 1 slice white bread
  • butter , for spreading
  • tomato , slices
  • 20 g sliced ham
  • 1 teaspoon vegemite
  • lettuce leaf
  • 20 g light cream cheese spread
  • 1 Spread one slice of wholemeal bread with a little butter.
  • 2 Top with tomato and ham.
  • 3 Spread the white bread on one side with a little butter and the Vegemite then place vegemite side down over the ham.
  • 4 Top the white bread with the lettuce.
  • 5 Spread the remaining wholemeal slice with cream chees and place spread side down over the lettuce.
  • 6 Cut the sandwich into 3 fingers and serve cut side up.
  • 7 Wrap in glad wrap to keep sandwhich .
