  • 6 teaspoons honey mustard
  • 6 slices rye bread
  • 6 ounces thinly sliced roast beef
  • 1 Heat large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  • 2 Swirl in the oil, then add the onion.
  • 3 Cook, stirring occasionally, until softened.
  • 4 Reduce heat to low and cook until onion is golden brown, about 20 minutes.
  • 5 Divide and spread the mustard on 3 sliced of bread.
  • 6 Layer the beef and onions over the top.
  • 7 Cover each with the other slice of bread.
